Empowering Resources for Your Journey to Wholeness

Welcome to my collection of transformative resources!

This page will be constantly evolving and new resources will be added as I discover and test new tools to support your path to wholeness.

We’re on this journey together after all 🙂

Why Take a Class?

Receiving a Reiki session can provide a lot of benefits, including relaxing and rebalancing the body, which brings you into an optimal state for healing. Yet learning this practice for yourself empowers you with the ability to access healing energy anytime, anywhere.

For me, I don’t view Reiki as something I go out and receive once a month or whenever I need a rebalance. I see it as a lifestyle and practice that offers instant access to your innate wholeness, peace, and inner sanctuary whenever you need it.

For a deeper look at how Reiki has transformed my journey, check out my post on the 5 Reasons I'm Forever Grateful for having Reiki as part of my life.

Online Courses

For those interested in learning Reiki for personal use, family, friends, or pets, taking an online course is a great option. You can learn at your own pace and start practicing on yourself and others pretty much right away.

If you’re going to learn Reiki, I recommend completing at least Levels 1 and 2 to understand the symbols and have the ability to perform distance healing. Distance doesn’t just mean you can send Reiki to other people from a distance. You can send it to things like future appointments, meetings, or events. You can you use it to help heal things from the past, among many other uses. Check out these articles on Reiki Symbols and Distance Healing for more information on this.

I do just want to note that when you complete a course and get your certification as a Level 1 or 2 Reiki practitioner it DOES NOT mean you need to do this professionally, although you can if you’re called to do so.

Certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher - Complete Levels 1, 2 & 3 through the Reiki Healing Association (RHA)

What is it? A comprehensive course guiding you through all levels of the Usui System of Natural Healing. Includes a distance attunement and the ability to complete it at your own pace.

Why I recommend it: This course offers a thorough foundation, allowing you to become a Fully Qualified Reiki Master Teacher capable of training your own students if you choose to take it that far. I took it myself to see how an online course would compare to an in-person, while I don’t feel like you can compete with the hands on experience of in-person, it does a good job of teaching you and provides the attunement for getting you started and being able to start practicing on yourself right away. You can also complete the course at your own pace and come back to the lessons anytime you want which is something you don’t really get with in-person.

It’s the same price as buying level 1 and level 2 separately and combines them all in one, so if you do want to take it further to the Master level, you have lifetime access to it.

They also have a great community and excellent support that has been very responsive and quick to getting back to me whenever I have questions.

What is it? A 4-week program offering a complete guide to understanding and working with the Chakras. This is not a Reiki training course but you can take it to deepen your practice and understanding of the chakra system. You also don’t need to be Reiki trained in order to complete this course if you have more of an interest in chakra balancing.

Why I recommend it: This course deepens your energy healing practice, whether you're Reiki-certified or not, taking your skills to a new level of mastery. Again, it’s a great option to complete online and at your own pace and the support at RHA is excellent.

In-Person Reiki Training

While you can do your training online, for those aspiring to practice Reiki professionally, I recommend in-person training. The hands-on experience with other participants and direct support from a teacher provide invaluable confidence when working with clients.

To find Reiki Master Teachers in your area:

  • Perform a local Google search
  • Explore Reiki Directories, you can visit practitioner websites and see who is offering in person classes and who you feel resonates with you:
